The Opportunity
We are seeking a Niche In Store Executive / VM to ensure the excellence of our brands on the point of sale by adapting Retail HQ guidelines to the Travel Retail EMEA channel and implementing temporary and permanent installations.
What You'll Get to Do
Temporary Installations
* Understand and adapt global merchandising guidelines to the Travel Retail channel, including planograms and assortment in line with marketing and communication requirements.
* Communicate with the In Store HQ team for launches, special requests, and adaptations when needed.
* Drive internal meetings with sales teams, marketing teams, and HQ teams to ensure good animation delivery and installation.
* Deliver animation request proposals adapted to the channel, following retailer guidelines and obtaining accurate certificates.
* Select partners and negotiate quotes for promo packs, optimizing costs for high-quality installations.
* Manage the decoration budget and POs for temporary animations, allocating savings to future opportunities (coordinating with the Sales Department).
* Manage visual and VM orders for all animation implementations.
* Follow up on technical issues related to initial proposals (internally with the HQ team and externally with suppliers/decorators) and all logistical procedures related to proposal installation (deliveries, orders).
* Coordinate point-of-sale materials.
* Define local production elements budgets for each account for the development of promo calendars.
* Support Field Supervisors regarding in-store installations.
* Conduct store checks and provide promo feedback (internal and external).
Permanent Spaces:
* Work with MKT and SALES teams to provide briefs for new doors, including zoning, VP, concept, etc.
* Provide design and concept, respecting retailer guidelines and MKT briefs.
* Support Marketing Directors in internal approvals for top doors.
* Create technical drawings between PUIG and retailers for technical approval.
* Produce and install permanent spaces at top doors/points of sale.
Visual Merchandising:
* Support MKT and Sales teams when 3D renderings of temporary or permanent spaces are needed.
* Adapt HQ Fragrances VM guidelines to TREMEA needs and specificities.
* Implement and coordinate TREMEA VM guidelines across all points of sale.
* Supervise regular updates to visuals and videos.
* Monitor POSM stock, assign, and ship items.
* Manage local production and implementation of POSM for temporary and permanent installations.
* Oversee basic and tailor-made permanent projects.
* Support Field Teams with retail installations and VM implementation.
We'd Love to Meet You If You Have
* Experience: 3-5 years of professional experience, ideally in luxury retail or interior design, with a knowledge of premium fragrance and cosmetic segments an asset.
* Education: Interior Design or Architecture Bachelor's degree (or equivalent).
* Languages: Fluency in English, with very good knowledge of French (other languages an asset).
* Competencies: Multi-project management skills, detail-oriented, results-driven, autonomous, team player, proactive, organized, stress-resistant, excellent communication skills, ability to interact easily, strong knowledge of 3D design and modeling.
* Specific Knowledge Required: Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD (C4D or SketchUp an asset), Sketchup.
