Job Objectives:
* Prospect new clients and manage existing accounts for railway, renewable energy, and industrial applications to drive sustainable business growth.
* Collaborate closely with sales teams, product line managers, product development teams, marketing, and other departments.
* Organize key business meetings with prospective clients to develop business opportunities and provide market feedback.
* Identify market opportunities and guide the development of new business segments and product roadmaps.
* Develop business cases for individual products with the sales team and product line managers.
* Promote product launches and market placement plans in close cooperation with marketing, sales, and product line managers.
* Provide technical expertise, drive customer-oriented activities, and introduce Sécheron's products on future platforms.
* Analyze customer needs and ensure timely delivery of firm offers according to their requirements.
* Develop after-sales services and work collaboratively with other departments.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electromechanical, Power Electronics Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
* Proven track record introducing power products to new international clients and driving key people across the organization.
* Minimum 5 years of successful technical and sales experience in an electrical equipment environment.
* Good knowledge of at least one industry sector: high voltage, railway traction systems, power transmission & distribution, renewable energy, and e-mobility.
* Understanding of DC and AC power systems and corresponding product needs.
* Excellent analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills.
* Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* Ability to develop convincing communication strategies based on technical rationale.
* Proven ability to think creatively, identify, and resolve problems.
* Familiarity with working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
* Fluency in English (written and oral), French, and/or German desirable.
* Open to frequent traveling.
