Brand Identity and Collaboration Manager
This role oversees Brand Identity and Collaborations, ensuring a cohesive and unified brand expression globally and locally across various platforms and touchpoints. The Brand Identity and Collaboration Manager will drive creative brand innovation to enhance appeal and attractiveness while aligning with the brand's purpose and objectives.
Main Responsibilities:
* Envision an elevated and distinctive brand image and lead the development and implementation of brand guidelines across different touchpoints.
* Provide artistic direction to ensure campaigns and experiences align with the brand identity and enhance brand value.
* Anticipate and accommodate new brand identity needs.
* Drive creative development to engage a new generation of consumers through impactful artistic collaborations.
* Explore new creative directions, partnerships, and channels.
* Lead the visual identity of seasonal consumer experiences.
* Ensure consistent and high-quality visual expression and experience.
* Expand the external network and position Nespresso as a leading creative brand.
* Manage a team of 4 professionals.
Requirements:
* Established experience (5-6 years) in marketing or communication background in lifestyle/luxury companies.
* Extensive experience in 360 communication.
* Strong project development management skills with internal and external stakeholders.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and advocacy skills.
* Resilient and able to handle stress and lead multiple initiatives simultaneously in a high-paced environment.
* Agile mindset combining strategic, analytical, and creative thinking.
* Sense for design and sensitivity to luxury and image.
* Effective team leader and collaborative team player with influential abilities.
* Proven skills in agency management.
* Fluent in English; any other language is an asset.
