Job Description
From the outset, take ownership of new product impacts.
Develop and communicate operational recommendations.
Respond promptly to production blocking situations.
Identify and prioritize potential improvements with key partners.
Propose, manage, and communicate technological feasibility based on monitoring results.
Establish, develop, and ensure adherence to Best Practices Reference Guides.
Create data management models.
Maintain and present annual site roadmaps.
Develop and monitor project budgets accordingly.
Contribute to supplier partnership development.
Collaborate in business network dynamics and skills management.
Your Profile
We seek an EPF engineering degree or equivalent in robotics, mechanics, microtechnology, electronics, industrial computing, or automation.
Proficiency in computer-aided design or manufacturing software is required.
Computer programming skills are essential.
Analytical skills, following complex methodological processes, are necessary.
Strong teamwork abilities and the capacity to seek consensus are required.
Curiosity and discretion are essential for success.
Emotional intelligence is necessary for making proposals.
A methodical and rigorous approach is expected.
Technical English proficiency is mandatory.
