About the Role
We are looking for a Director of Marketing and Communications to develop and bring our Marketing Communications Strategy to life, as well as lead our marketing team in our diverse environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop campaigns to increase awareness and reputation of both hotels, The Circle Convention Center, and all F&B outlets, locally and internationally.
* Ensure implementation and alignment of brand identity across all channels and touch points.
* Collaborate with PR and digital agencies.
* Prepare and execute annual marketing plans, providing monthly reports on key objectives and campaigns.
* Assist the Commercial Director with annual budget planning and approved budget management.
* Build strategic partnerships with external parties, such as media and stakeholders.
* Communicate with on-property staff regarding marketing initiatives.
* Drive innovation in marketing and communication, leading upcoming projects.
* Be responsible for content creation, including photo and video shoots aligned with brand guidelines.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Marketing Communications Manager or equivalent role in the hospitality industry.
* Fluency in English and German.
* An open-minded and hands-on approach, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
