About Our Client

Job Description
1. Act as the primary HR contact for a designated part of the organization, ensuring comprehensive HR support.
2. Manage the full employee lifecycle within the assigned business units, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and departures.
3. Drive the recruitment process, from job requisition to onboarding, including advertisement management, candidate selection, interviews, reference checks, and offer negotiations.
4. Monitor and support employees in cases of illness, accidents, maternity leaves, and return-to-work processes.
5. Ensure proactive absenteeism management, working closely with leadership to address concerns.
6. Advise and coach managers and employees, providing guidance on performance management, conflict resolution, and professional development.
7. Lead and facilitate challenging conversations, including disciplinary actions and termination discussions.
8. Draft and manage employment contracts and work certificates, ensuring compliance with internal policies and labor regulations.
9. Participate in key HR projects, contributing to the development and implementation of HR policies and best practices.
10. Support and implement change management initiatives within business units.
11. Plan and organize internal events to enhance employee engagement and workplace culture.
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR BP should have:
1. A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
2. Some experience in HR with exposure to business partnering.
3. Proficiency in English and French.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
6. A strategic mindset and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
