Job Description: Responsibilities
Responsibility for incoming orders in the assigned sales region (USA, Brazil)
Customer acquisition and support in the area of Life Cycle Support
Preparation and calculation of offers regarding SKAN-LCS portfolio (After Sales)
Contract review and handover to executing departments
LCS customer project follow-up and data maintenance
Cooperation with agents
Participation in trade fairs and exhibitions
Travel activity: regular visits to customers desired
Solid technical expertise is essential
Sales experience in plant engineering for the pharmaceutical industry (GMP) is very advantageous
Business fluent in English
Sound knowledge of SAP and MS Office CRM system C4C an advantage
