Strategic Leadership: Lead and develop high-performing teams responsible for accounting policies, financial reporting, consolidation processes, finance master data, and the related applications. Process Improvement: Drive the modernization and standardization of end-to-end accounting and reporting processes to enhance accuracy, speed, and transparency. Technology and Transformation: Jointly with the global finance process owner and IT, drive a best-in-class technology roadmap for the Accounting and Reporting process. Spearhead the implementation of new technologies in collaboration with finance shared services and IT. Financial Reporting: Responsible for the preparation of consolidated financial reporting to Hitachi Group. External Audit: Manage global external audit relationship and support the timely completion of statutory and group audit requirements.
