Your role
Interested in working financial services, and have an interest in requirement analysis, design, implementation and testing solutions in the payment / transferring money area, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint?
We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2025 Technology Graduate Talent Program.
You’ll get to:
* work on interesting software development tasks
* gather valuable banking experiences while applying latest technologies
* work with experienced technical Subject Matter Experts
* support implementing our future payment processing platform
Your team
You’ll be working in GOTO Group Emerging Technology team in Zurich primarily focusing on building our future payment processing platform replacing our legacy systems and implementing new features required by our customers, such as Instant Payment.
Your work place will be Zurich, but you’ll be part of a multi-cultural team globally distributed in different locations (Switzerland, India, UK and Poland).
Your expertise
We’re looking for a candidate who:
* has completed their bachelor’s or master’s degree no longer than 18 months prior to the program start date
* has good understanding of building enterprise solutions based on JAVA programming language and cloud technologies (using Docker or Kubernetes Containers)
* has basic understanding of No SQL databases (Mongo, Cosmos)
* has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
* is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
* is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines

Our Graduate Talent Program is 18-months long and is designed to help you develop the skills you need to grow your career. To start, the program introduces you to our firm, provides professional and technical training and teaches you core skills and knowledge of commercial strategies and opportunities for UBS. And it continues from there: by learning from your colleagues, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and build your network. You’ll have the opportunity to see beyond your job by participating in one, or several, rotations. If you’re ready to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.
