Your Key Responsibilities
* Verify employee master data and serve as the primary point of contact for TimeSheets support.
* Coordinate and provide weekly and monthly TimeSheets.
* Prepare and import working hours from offshore locations.
* Validate and allocate invoices from offshore locations to projects.
* Optimize and develop offshoring processes in the finance area.
* Monitor costs and internal allocations, ensuring accurate reconciliation.
* Act as a deputy for the Travel Desk, providing support when needed.
This Role Requires:
* A completed commercial apprenticeship EFZ (profile E/M) or equivalent education.
* 2-3 years of professional experience in a comparable environment.
* Strong MS Office skills, particularly with MS Excel.
* Fluency in both German and English.
* A motivated and communicative personality.
* The ability to work independently with a strong analytical mindset and a flair for numbers.
* Strong conceptual thinking with a high service and solution orientation.
