Role Summary
This position applies to both products born out of NutEx and the associated content. The purpose of this role is to oversee the creation, management, and optimization of NutEx content, including organization and management activities and deliverables. It also involves traditional product management and expertise on launched products.
Key Responsibilities
1. Managing the Umbrella Brand: Edgeos
o Developing branding strategy & implementation
o Managing and maintaining visual identity
o Communicating branding information
o Collaborating with corporate communications
o Refining value proposition and uniqueness points
2. Leading Product Management for Launched Products
o Assembling and maintaining product value proposition and technical dossier
o Managing content and documentation
o Life cycle management and post-launch developments/changes
3. Creating and Maintaining Edgeos Product Monographs
o Compiling Discovery & Development information
o Providing monographs to relevant businesses annually
4. Managing the NutEx Chronicles Newsletter
o Coordinating quarterly newsletter content
o Delivering value-added content to Nutreco businesses and customers
5. Organizing Customer and Stakeholder Visits
o Leading visit content creation
o Evolving/improving visits continuously
6. Managing NutEx Visuals and Content
o Overseeing website, presentations, and visuals creation
o Maintaining virtual reality tool
7. Developing and Maintaining Garden of the Future's Visual Identity
o Improving quality and experience of visits
Requirements
* At least 5 years of marketing experience working with medicinal plants
* Track record of managing content, projects, and marketing materials
* Capability to create and write content
* Hands-on approach and ability to take initiative
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Comfortable with complex environments and ambiguity
* Engaged, creative, and driven individual
