We are seeking a highly motivated Clinical Research Associate to join our team in Zurich.
Main Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with Clinical Research Managers to deliver clinical investigations on time.
* Maintain adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
* Independently conduct monitoring visits, including site qualification, initiation, routine monitoring, and closure visits.
* Evaluate source data and resolve queries efficiently.
* Support investigation start-up activities, such as site selection and review of regulatory documents.
* Establish regular communication with investigators and ethics committees as needed.
* Manage investigator files, center files, and study master files.
* Communicate project-specific information to trial sites and document interactions with investigation teams.
* Present at investigator meetings, trainings, and other assigned events.
* Assist with statistical analysis of study results within clinical operations.
* Deliver clinical documentation for product development projects.
* Identify relevant scientific literature for business and product purposes.
Job Requirements:
* A medical-related scientific degree (Bachelor, Master, or Nursing qualifications).
* Strong knowledge of ISO 14155-GCP, ICH-GCP Guidelines, and industry standards.
* Minimum 1-2 years of experience in clinical trials, preferably in the medical device industry and dentistry sector.
* Knowledge of dentistry and scientific principles is beneficial.
* Excellent interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
* Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset.
* Interest in data analysis, graphing, and report writing.
* Williness to travel (25% frequency).
