We're looking for an Associate Specialist, Planning & Scheduling with strong technical knowledge within the label printing group. As first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, you will work closely with the label team lead.
Responsibilities:
* Act as first point of contact and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the label printing group for relevant internal stakeholders.
* Provide support for troubleshooting and issue resolution for technical and SAP-related issues in the print technician group.
* Timely escalate issues to the team lead.
* Develop and maintain workload planning and forecasting.
* Support the development and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Deviations and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs).
* Monitor and report workload metrics for the label printing team.
* Lead team meetings and provide training on automated label inspection systems.
* Create and coordinate batch notifications for the label printing area.
* Support internal and external audits.
* Print and inspect clinical labels using the SAP Labelling Solution.
* Ensure compliant goods-receipt process for clinical labels.
Your Profile:
* Bilingual proficiency in English and German (minimum B1-B2 level).
* Strong technical interest and knowledge of Zebra thermal transfer printers and SAP software.
* Detailed-oriented mindset with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) experience.
* Analytical, planning, and communication skills.
* Problem-solving and result-oriented individual.
* Proficiency in Excel, Power Point, and Power BI desirable.
