For our customer located in Basel/Switzerland we are currently looking for a: Adopt Enablement and Governance Readiness Assessment Expert (m/f/d)

Tasks & Responsibilities
The role is responsible for overseeing and coordinating various aspects of the go-live preparation since the beginning of Adopt engagement till the end of Hypercare, ensuring a smooth transition to LDC while minimizing disruptions to business operations. The role is critical in achieving a successful implementation and maximizing the benefits of the new system & processes. Reports directly to LDC Adopt Enablement Governance Lead. Overall responsible for defining the Adopt readiness approach, templates, reporting’s and trackers in accordance with the governance framework, ensuring scalable and repeatable readiness deployments across LDC Implementation.
* Ensures Adopt Readiness Approach is always up to date and synchronized with M&T team.
* Manage the Adopt Readiness approach, tools, templates, and handbooks, ensuring comprehensive coverage from planning to execution for Country Mobilization, Data Migration, Readiness Assessment, Cutover, and Hypercare phases.
* Responsible for the end-to-end Adopt Readiness Approach training: Jumpstart training schedule in coordination with Adopt PM/PMO, content management, post-training support.
* Conduct a thorough assessment of the organization’s readiness for the LDC go-live, ensuring proper documentation, reporting, and KPIs are being maintained.
* Collaborate with project teams to identify potential risks and challenges.
* Develop a comprehensive go-live readiness plan that addresses key areas such as data migration, system testing, training, and communication.
* Coordinate milestone Tollgate Reviews to ensure go-live readiness progression.
* Develop a comprehensive communication plan to keep stakeholders informed about the go-live process.
* Collaborate with teams across different regions to ensure a consistent and coordinated approach to go-live readiness.
* Address any regional-specific considerations or challenges.
* Follow up on mitigation actions and seek for closure of all risks and issues affecting go-live readiness.
Must Haves
* 10 years International X-Functional project management experience
* Proven experience with end-to-end S4 Hana Project Management methodology
* Proven experience with GxP and SoX project compliance controls
* Proven experience within Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid set up
* Proven experience in HP ALM, ITSM, Jira tools
* Strong understanding of best practices and capabilities of SAP S/4 HANA
* Can thrive in an international, matrix-based organization
* People management experience, and experience managing large virtual teams
* ERP project implementation background
* Strong communication and negotiation skills with good SAP business process understanding
* Fluent in English (additional languages preferred)
* Strategic and hands-on way of working (running meetings, tracking progress, managing issues & risks)
* Ability to effectively develop presentations and present ideas and proposals to all levels of management
