Job Description
A highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Assistant is required to support the CEO in various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the CEO's communication, including emails, phone calls, and other messages.
* Arrange travel itineraries and accommodations for business trips.
* Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events on the CEO's calendar.
* Process expenses, receipts, and invoices, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
* Prioritize and resolve scheduling conflicts efficiently.
* Perform additional tasks as required by the CEO.
Essential Requirements:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong problem-solving and time management abilities.
* Proven experience in travel arrangements and scheduling.
* Minimum 2-5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant.
* Previous experience as a C-Level Assistant is advantageous.
