International Fragrances Business Manager
About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for driving business development of the Fragrance category in the Asian region, across both Travel Retail and Local Markets (boutiques, flagships, chains, e-partners).
Your Responsibilities
* Lead commercial strategy proposals and alignment with stakeholders
* Co-build relevant strategies with regions and markets
* Manage specialists' worldwide network retailization
* Accompany specialists' acceleration for key regions
* Aid markets in organizational evolution to ensure proper execution of the strategy
Fragrance Specialists Community Guidance
* Define and provide commercial guidance by typology of specialist's network to support regions
* Ensure local execution of the commercial strategy in all regions
* Collaborate with central teams on key specialists capex projects and key animations
Metric Monitoring and Analysis
* Monitor sales performances in flagships or top doors as well as brand image
* Sales performance and brand image KPIs: sell-in / sell-out / Capex follow-up/ Clients data
* Challenge ROI of investment plan and propose innovative ideas to develop sales and image
Requirements
* Minimum 10 years' experience in Fragrance & Beauty industry with international exposure, ideally for a luxury brand
* Strong knowledge of domestic and travel retail network and eCommerce
* Good understanding of the Asian region
* Strong business development, negotiation, and change management skills
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to navigate uncertainty
* Fluency in English; French is an asset
