Our client is an independent fiduciary services provider to wealthy international families. The Group Headquarter is in Herrliberg/ZH, Switzerland. To complement the team, we are looking for an
Office/Operation Manager on site 80-100% (m/w)
Your Responsibilities as a member of the Group will be an operations and IT allrounder with responsibilities including:
* Overseeing and administering of the data management application and grow into the role of the superuser für the team
* Managing data held in the system and SharePoint including scanning of documents
* Overseeing general office operations and provide reports to the management
* Overseeing guest experience, sort mail and answer phone calls
* Coordinating appointments and scheduling and managing holidays and absences of staff
* Managing filing Systems
* Plans all in-house or off-site activities of the organization
* Other administrative tasks and ad-hoc requests
Your Profile:
* Commercial Business School qualifications and some years of practice experience in a similar role
* Must be comfortable with Technology and IT literate
* Excellent communication skills written and verbal in English and German. Must be comfortable conversing in English and dealing with documents in the English language
* Highly organized, with a can-do proactive mentality and a problem-solving mindset
* Ability to learn fast and be flexible
