The role of Retail & Asset Coordinator at CHEP involves fostering strong relationships with a portfolio of national retailers, focusing on delivering exceptional customer care and expanding market share.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Identify opportunities for business growth and strengthen ties with existing retailers.
* Analyze internal KPIs to ensure high-quality service delivery and minimize potential risks of pallet loss.
* Manage activities to meet performance targets.
* Present regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal stakeholders using key account metrics.
* Provide regular KPI reports for your retailers and customers.
* Demonstrate in-depth understanding of key customer needs and requirements to offer tailored supply chain solutions.
* Resolve customer complaints and maintain trust.
* Verify and reconcile invoices as needed.
* Efficiently follow up on customer queries and service requests, collaborating with AM Field Executives and Supply Chain Teams.
Required Qualifications:
* High School diploma or equivalent university degree.
* Proven experience in key account management.
* Background in FMCG or retail is an asset.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build relationships with professionals at all levels.
* Excellent organizational skills.
* Able to handle multiple client accounts.
* Proficient in MS Office.
* Familiarity with local market players within manufacturing and retail sectors is beneficial.
* Knowledge of current local supply chain solutions and providers is an advantage.
* Languages: fluency in German and English is required; French is a desirable additional language.
