The Treasury Solutions Team plays a vital role within the Finance department at the Glencore Headquarters in Baar. The primary objective of this position is to efficiently manage Treasury and Trade Finance systems, adhering to internal standards and procedures while fostering close cooperation with local and worldwide user groups in Treasury as well as the Finance Operations Centre.
The Key Responsibilities
1. Primary responsible for user provisioning in Treasury and Trade Finance related systems
2. Maintain and monitor bank accounts, resolving outstanding banking issues
3. Prepare essential documents needed during the bank account opening process
4. Conduct daily checks in various systems based on control reports
5. Support the Treasury Solutions Team with daily and monthly tasks
6. Assist in treasury system integration, automation, and process advancement projects
7. Month-end reporting and tasks

Minimum Requirements
1. A sound educational background in commerce or a related field (commercial/bank apprenticeship or Bachelor's Degree)
2. A minimum of 2-3 years of working experience in Finance/Treasury environment
3. Proficiency in using MS Office
4. Treasury/Accounting application (Quantum, SAP, Fides) knowledge is desirable
5. Advanced English language ability, both written and spoken
6. Advanced German language ability
