We are looking for a seasoned professional from the Roaming industry, with deep expertise in managing wholesale roaming agreements, negotiating special Discounted Inter-Operator Tariffs (D-IOTs) and software as a service enablement. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in helping the design, development, and definition of a new SaaS product aimed at streamlining the management of wholesale roaming agreements. After the product’s launch, you will be responsible for training and enabling internal teams and external customers to ensure widespread adoption and success in the market. Being familiar with Roaming wholesale discount agreement lifecycle, knowing how to properly close a settlement period, but not limited to, you will use all your knowledge, potential and experience to influence the development of our new services for the wholesale roaming market and to support our customers. Product Enablement Manager - working place is Bern To start work immediately or at a later date by agreement. Your responsibilities In this challenging position, reporting to our COO, you are responsible for:
1. SaaS Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, supporting the Product Manager defining and writing the software’s requirements, focusing on creating a tool that meets the needs of wholesale roaming managers. Provide expert input on how to structure and optimise features for managing D-IOTs, agreement tracking, and reconciliation.
2. Internal & External Training: After product launch, conduct training sessions for internal teams (sales, support, and product management) and external customers, ensuring users are fully capable of utilising the software’s features to improve efficiency.
3. Product Advocacy: Act as the primary advocate for the new SaaS product within the company and to external customers, ensuring high adoption rates and alignment with market needs.
4. Sales Support & Presentations: Support the sales team by providing expert product knowledge and assisting in customer-facing presentations, demos, and promotional activities. Help position the product effectively in the market and assist in closing sales.
5. Public Presentations: Represent the company and the new SaaS product at industry events, conferences, and webinars, highlighting the product’s benefits and capabilities.
6. Product Improvement: Continuously assess feedback from users and suggest enhancements for future iterations of the SaaS product.
Your ideal profile
7. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in wholesale roaming management, with specific expertise in negotiating D-IOTs, FC reconciliation and managing operator relationships.
8. SaaS Development Knowledge: Proven experience in collaborating with software development teams to define product requirements for SaaS products.
9. Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of Data Clearing and Financial Clearing processes, with the ability to oversee complex reconciliations. IPX services knowledge would be an asset.
10. Training & Enablement: Experience in delivering training sessions and enabling teams and customers on new software products.
11. Communication Skills: Excellent presentation skills, capable of clearly communicating product value both internally and externally.
12. Sales & Customer Support: Strong commercial mindset with experience in supporting sales teams and driving product adoption among customers.
13. Language Skills: Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in German, French or other languages would be an asset.
14. Citizenship: Swiss or EU/EFTA citizen (with a work permit B or C).
