We are seeking a highly motivated business development professional with a strong track record in the asset management sector, specifically in Latin America. The ideal candidate will have an in-depth understanding of the LATAM market and established relationships with high-net-worth individuals, institutional investors, and family offices.
Responsibilities
* Develop and execute a growth strategy to expand our client base in Latin America.
* Identify and onboard new clients, providing tailored investment solutions and financial advisory services based on their needs.
* Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to maximize assets under management (AUM).
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional client service and satisfaction.
* Stay updated on market trends, regulations, and investment opportunities in the LATAM region.
Requirements
* Proven experience in asset management, private banking, or investment sales.
* A well-established book of clients with a minimum of €30M AUM.
* Strong business development skills, including negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent knowledge of investment products, portfolio management, and financial markets.
* Fluency in Spanish and English (Portuguese is a plus).
* Ability to work independently and develop business strategies for the LATAM market.
