As ambassador of the Brand, you will participate actively in the development of our sales in Jewellery, Watches and Accessories. You will also take care of the back office, after-sales service, inventory and support activities.MissionsAs a Sales Advisor, you aim to offer a unique client experience, guarantying the quality of the service to develop a strong relationship with them. You will manage autonomously sales activities related to all product categories (Jewellery, Watches and Accessories) achieving quantitative and qualitative sales objectives and guarantee best product display in the store. You will be responsible to support the customer during the whole process and develop networking through events and new initiatives.In parallel, you will perform back-office activities such as data entry, product receiving, intra-shop movements, daily closures, stock counting, AFSS processing. You will also actively participate to the inventories and the Visual Merchandising with the team.You will be in charge of receiving, controlling and integrating of the goods to the stock. You will also manage the intra shops transfers by sending and receiving products. You will be responsible of tagging activities, from product receiving to repricing, perform after-sales service activities such as taking items to repair from the sale staff, contacting and organizing item shipment to repair centers.Finally, you support the sales staff during the sale process from customer welcome to payment/ packaging.ProfilYou have at least 5 years of working experience in a similar role, in a high-end luxury boutique.Passionate by the jewelry, you are recognized as a determined sales-driven person with strong entrepreneurial mindset, always eager to push for sales and to grow your client portfolio through active networking.You use easily Microsoft Office suite and have strong knowledge of SAP and CRM. Finally, you are fluent in Mandarin and in English; with a good level of German and any other languages would be a distinct advantage.Client-focused, you strive to discover your client needs and guide them with passion across the Brand. Your excellent communication skills allow you to perform in your daily activities and maintain effective relationship with customers. You are flexible and rigorous and you work in an organized and structure manner even in case of multitasking.
