We are seeking an experienced Guidewire Consultant with strong technical expertise to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our digital transformation initiatives and play a crucial role in our ongoing projects within the claims area.
Responsibilities:
* Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for Guidewire applications, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
* Participate in complex development tasks for insurance products, including the creation of features and stories.
* Collaborate with business and IT departments to specify and develop customized customer solutions.
* Analyze business requirements and configure/parameterize them within the Guidewire software, focusing on ClaimCenter and its integration with front-end and back-end systems.
* Conduct functional and technical reviews to maintain high-quality standards.
* Ensure uninterrupted operations and smooth functioning of systems, including supporting the CI/CD stack and overseeing production deployments.
Qualifications:
* Degree in computer science, business informatics, or equivalent experience.
* Experience in implementing business requirements through application configuration, agile application development, and full CI/CD stack implementation.
* Guidewire certification (Gosu and GW data model knowledge is a plus).
* Understanding of agile frameworks, specifically SCRUM or SAFe.
* Familiarity with monitoring metrics (e.g., Dynatrace, Appdynamics, Prometheus/Grafana) and logging tools (e.g., ELK, Splunk).
* Independent, solution-oriented, with high-quality awareness and a structured approach.
* Excellent command of written and spoken English; proficiency in French is a plus.
