The QA Manager Global IT Infrastructure will support the entire Lonza organization worldwide regarding the quality of IT infrastructure and provide support for numerous global IT projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the IT department in developing and implementing infrastructure-related business processes and procedures.
* Ensure adequate standards are developed, communicated, and effectively implemented for global IT infrastructures and their service providers.
* Consult and advise IT infrastructure projects on internal and external regulations and procedures.
* Audit IT infrastructures at sites in cooperation with Global GMP Compliance and monitor corrective and preventive action plans.
* Support supplier audits for IT infrastructure systems and services.
* Maintain internal regulations aligned with up-to-date regulatory requirements.
* Act as project QA in non-infrastructure related validation projects for implementing IT systems.
Key Requirements:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience in a similar position.
* Pharma QA background required.
* Familiarity with IT infrastructure topics, components, and ITIL-based processes.
* GMP knowledge and experience.
* Experience in a managerial role for QA responsibility in validation projects related to GMP processes.
* Independent, flexible work with strong communication skills and structured, focused work behavior.
* Strong analytical skills, including process and system mapping abilities.
* Excellent interpersonal and motivational skills for interacting positively with all functions in a complex organization.
* Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset.
