The Operations Management CoE within EY GDS is a dynamic and multi-offering function consisting of more than 300 employees across India, the Philippines, and Poland with six global support centers. We provide operational excellence through methodologies and tools to build sustainable processes and practices. With functions such as global and regional operations, go-to-market enablers, and business enablement, the Operations Management CoE continually supports EY’s growth endeavors. As a Strategy & Operations - Manager/Lead you will provide your strategic voice and perspective to elevate ideas, streamline, simplify, and improve business impact and efficiency. This position will deliver against the full end-to-end Operations Management CoE value chain including content, community, and culture activities. Your core function will be the primary domain focus, and you will be expected to engage in cross domain and transformation programs to support EY’s growth and profitability. You will deliver on our promises to our stakeholders, and in so doing, play a critical role in building a better working world for our people, our clients, and our communities.
Your key responsibilities:
1. Engage with stakeholders in planning, designing, and deployment of strategy.
2. Independently lead individual programs and initiatives aligned to the stakeholder agenda and priorities.
3. Facilitate leadership forums and go-to-market events.
4. Use upstream business insights, engaging and impactful presentations, and executive communications.
5. Manage inputs for network connects, collect and analyze complex business data.
6. Setup and oversee the governance, operations, and business-as-usual tasks.
7. Provide inputs for process improvement.
8. Build efficiencies, automation, and standardization for optimal team workflows and day-to-day operations.
9. Drive operational improvement by enhancing support systems and communication channels.
10. Perform data aggregation and research using various internal and external sources.
11. Develop and maintain collaboration tools and portals to facilitate seamless and efficient operations.

Stakeholder management and project handling:
1. Understand stakeholder requirements based on business context.
2. Manage and support initiatives, clarify objectives, priorities, scope changes, and timelines.
3. Collaborate with opportunity and data owners to ensure sales, pipeline, and revenue data hygiene.

To qualify for the role, you must have:
Educational qualification: Post-graduate in Operations, Business Administration / Management, Marketing
Job qualification:
1. MS Office — demonstrated expert level experience in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
2. Knowledge of using data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau.
3. Knowledge of Project Management concepts and tools. Certifications: PMP, Prince.
