We are looking for talented professionals to help us achieve our vision. As an ERP FP&A Solution Architect, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing our financial planning and analysis processes within our new ERP system.
Your Responsibilities:
1. Design Financial Reports: Create dashboards using our IATA ERP modules to provide insights into our financial data.
2. Analyse Financial Data: Identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement in our financial performance.
3. Document Processes: Record the steps involved in reporting, master data management, and programs interfaces.
4. Ensure Data Accuracy: Verify the consistency of our financial data across all reports.
5. Provide Technical Guidance: Lead development teams during the implementation of our FP&A solutions.
6. Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work with colleagues to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
7. Test Solutions: Conduct thorough testing of our FP&A solutions to ensure they meet our needs and perform reliably.
8. Maintain Documentation: Keep detailed records of our FP&A solutions, including design specifications, configuration settings, and user guides.
9. Offer Ongoing Support: Provide assistance and troubleshooting for FP&A-related issues, minimizing disruption to our operations.
10. Stay Up-to-Date: Remain current with the latest technologies and best practices in ERP and FP&A processes, recommending improvements to our existing solutions.
11. Attend Project Meetings: Report on progress at regular project review meetings.
Requirements:
1. SAP FP&A Expertise: Proficiency in SAP FP&A modules and reporting tools.
2. Financial Systems Knowledge: Familiarity with other financial systems and tools.
3. Data Analytics Skills: Experience with data analytics and business intelligence tools.
4. Problem-Solving Ability: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to design and optimize business processes.
5. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders and provide training.
6. Project Management: Ability to manage projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
7. Language Fluency: Fluency in English is mandatory.
