As an IT Director, your responsibilities will include:
Defining and leading IT strategy: Develop and implementing the IT vision, mission, and strategic objectives aligned with the company's business goals.
Operational leadership: Oversee all IT functions, ensure security and risk management, and manage IT CAPEX and OPEX budgets.
Technology management: Identify, implement, and optimize systems, tools, and infrastructure to support industrial operations.
Governance and reporting: Manage KPIs, dashboards, and effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including executive committees.
Digital transformation: Drive enterprise digital initiatives to foster innovation and maintain competitiveness.
People Management : Experienced in supporting and developing teams through strong people management skills.
Team Management Project, strategy, operational and roadmap
Education: Master's degree in IT, engineering, or a related field.
Experience: At least 10 years of proven experience in managing IT systems, complex technological projects, and digital transformation in industrial environments.
Technical skills: Strong expertise in infrastructure, applications, security, and agile methodologies.
Demonstrated ability to manage vendors and IT budgets.
Management: Expertise in driving team engagement and coordination, leveraging a visionary approach and outstanding collaborative management capabilities.
Languages: Fluent in English and French. Additional languages are an asset.
