Product Lifecycle Manager - Customer Service
We are seeking a skilled Product Lifecycle Manager to join our team in Bulle. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for developing long-term strategies for Diesel Engines and Engine Components serviceability and remanufacturability.
Your Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategies for improving the life cycle of Diesel Engines and Engine Components through service and remanufacturing programs.
* Analyze products to identify opportunities for improvement and develop business cases for various products to increase profitability and sales.
* Manage bills of materials, spare parts, work instructions, and other process activities related to product lifecycle management.
* Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to implement activities and ensure successful project outcomes.
* Provide regular reporting on project status and progress.
* Promote knowledge transfer within the team and perform other related tasks as needed.
Your Profile:
* You hold a degree in a technical field such as project management, industrial management, or a related technical discipline.
* You have extensive experience in engineering, product/project management, or customer service related to the Diesel Engines industry.
* You possess advanced skills in Microsoft Office tools, particularly in managing large data sets in MS Excel, and have expertise in ERP and PLM integrated management software such as SAP or Albatros.
* You are fluent in one of three languages: English, French, or German, and have good communication skills in another language. English is preferred.
* You are an autonomous and organized individual with a precise working style, and you are a team player who can handle tasks independently.
