We are seeking a highly motivated insurance agent with an entrepreneurial spirit to identify and convert sales leads for insurance policies while managing a diverse portfolio of clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain and grow existing portfolios by developing effective sales strategies that foster long-term customer loyalty.
* Stay up-to-date on industry developments and protocols to ensure compliance with all policy requirements and monitor insurance claims from initiation to completion.
* Conduct meetings with new and potential clients to understand their needs, considering their financial situations and life stages, and present tailored insurance plan options.
* Ensure accurate record-keeping of sales databases, customer records, and bookkeeping systems to track progress toward monthly objectives.
* Collaborate with policyholders to develop and implement risk management strategies aligned with their individual profiles.
Required Qualifications
* Must be authorized to work in the US and reside within the country.
* Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma required.
* Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication, customer service, and analytical skills.
* Prior experience with accounting or sales lead software is beneficial.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
* Familiarity with the insurance industry, including products, risk management profiles, and relevant state and federal regulations.
