Responsibilities:
1. Collaboration as part of a Sales Team in various projects at regional level as well as within the organization
2. Support in Quotations, Order Processing in SAP/R3 and follow-up
3. Communication with internal departments, such as accounting and development, as well as direct customer contact
4. Coordination of the on-time billing of tools and development services
5. Customer support with regard to administrativ issues
6. Independent checking and preparation of sales data, e.g. analysis of delivery quantities
Qualifications:
7. Completed commercial apprenticeship
8. Initial professional experience or just starting your career
9. User knowledge of MS Office
10. Knowledge of SAP/R3 beneficial
11. Strong and professional communication skills, and as well as structured way of working and a high level of reliability and independent way of working
12. Very good knowledge of German, English desirable
