Job description
The store manager optimizes, within the framework of the predetermined goals of the brand, the quantitative and qualitative results of his store.
Team leadership
1. Recruiting new employees according to a predefined profile and with the agreement of HR and retail manager
2. Integrating and training new employees
3. Passing the passion for the brand on to the team, to constantly evolve customer service
4. Accompany and foster co-workers, ensuring they continue to acquire new skills during sales (selling skills, products, visual merchandising)
5. Organization and execution of meetings in collaboration with the assistant store manager
6. Regular evaluation of the performance, skills, and development of each co-worker by conducting MAGs, etc.
7. Paying attention to co-workers (praise success, discuss problems) to build up trust
8. Take on a neutral role/referee in case of conflicts
9. Motivating and empowering co-workers on a daily basis to reach monthly and quarterly goals
Sales management: boost sales
1. Ensuring and controlling the co-workers' contributions during sales
2. Determination of goals
3. Boost the KPIs
4. Determining daily priorities and challenges
5. Dynamizing the team
6. Serving as a role model in terms of service and customer care
7. Knowledge of different collections and products (trends, styles, materials, etc.)
8. Constant monitoring to ensure a unique purchase experience
9. Ensuring the regularly offered services to customers
10. Staying vigilant concerning potential theft
Setting the scene for the brand
1. Steadily monitoring to ensure a safe, tidy, and clean store
2. Monitor the overall comfort of the store atmosphere (lighting, music, etc.)
3. Organizing and executing the presentation by respecting merchandising norms and guidelines
4. Educating co-workers on visual merchandising
Leading the store
1. Plan and schedule work schedules of the team
2. Take on the role as a role model concerning compliance with the cash register manual
3. Analyze results based on collections and indicators
Store organization
1. Monitoring the organization and clean-up of the material reserve and back office
2. Ensuring logistical tasks (control of deliveries, unpacking packages, placement of wares)
3. Apply and respect various specifications of the product flow
4. Deliver propositions to ensure stock is adapted according to operating volume
5. Confirmation of ware-orders and ensuring optimal replenishment
6. Organize, prepare, and execute the inventory; define an action plan to improve results
7. Guarantee the security of the goods as well as people

Professional requirements
1. Education as a salesperson in retail and/or education as a sales coordinator with commercial skills as an advantage
2. Experience in sales and leadership of a store and its sales staff, or as assistant store manager

6. Proficient in sales strategy

Languages
