Introduction:
In this position, you will report directly to the head of the HR department and take on central tasks in project management. The role resembles a staff position and offers you the opportunity for independent decision-making within established frameworks. Additionally, you will prepare decision-making bases to support the HR leadership. In the absence of the HR leadership, you will represent them. In the future, an assistant for the HR leadership will be provided, which can also be utilized by this position.
Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage various projects in the HR area, e.g., development of salary structures
* Ensure compliance with goals and deadlines in all projects
* Regularly report on project progress to the HR leadership
* Have a comprehensive understanding of different HR areas for successful project management
* Take on urgent and short-term tasks, such as efficiently recruiting new employees
Requirements:
* Proven experience in project management, ideally in the field of Human Resources
* Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
* Solid knowledge of traditional HR areas
* Flexibility and adaptability to respond quickly to new requirements
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (working language) as well as German
* Ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders

* Support for the HR leadership through efficient task completion
