Our client is an emerging educational consultancy firm headquartered in Singapore. They specialize in guiding students seeking admission to top overseas boarding schools in the US, UK, Switzerland, and other prestigious destinations. They are looking for a visionary Head of Sales & Marketing to drive their growth strategy and lead both sales and marketing efforts to achieve their ambitious goals.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and market expansion.
Build and lead a high-performing sales team, providing mentorship and fostering a collaborative environment.
Strengthen relationships with key clients to enhance satisfaction, retention, and referrals.
Streamline sales processes for efficiency and better lead conversion.
Analyze sales performance data to identify trends and optimize strategies.
Marketing Responsibilities
Craft marketing strategies to elevate brand awareness and engagement across multiple channels.
Oversee content creation, ensuring it resonates with the target audience and aligns with brand goals.
Manage the company's social media presence and online community building.
Develop partnerships with industry stakeholders to expand the brand's influence.
Plan and execute impactful events, including webinars, seminars, and fairs, such as Boarding School Fairs in Q4 yearly.
Requirements
Experience : At least 5-7 years in sales and marketing, with 3+ years in leadership roles. Prior experience in education or consultancy is highly desirable.
Skills : Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot), sales strategies, digital marketing, and team leadership. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
Language : Fluency in English and Chinese (spoken and written) as speaking with Chinese-speaking clients; additional proficiency in a third Asian language is a plus.
Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields (Master's preferred).
Attributes : Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable, with a passion for education and a collaborative mindset.
