Job Description: Our client is a recognizable company in the Swiss market for services. The solutions developed will involve the implementation of new or improved computer systems and tools.
Responsibilities: Analysing and defining business processes for a new product/product range, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Working closely with various departments to understand their needs, gather and analyse data, and develop strategic plans to support business objectives.
Collaborating with Marketing, Products & Operations to conduct research and analyse data to develop their knowledge.
Driving the implementation of methods for the company to improve their practices and processes.
Helping the division to be more efficient, solving existing business problems and/or better achieving their goals.
Instructing colleagues about the benefits of the new technology and how to use it.
Working on new business projects and being responsible for the overall delivery from A to Z (from analysis, definition of business requirements, process definition, testing, and preparing training as well as go-to-market activities).
Profile: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Min. 5-8 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, Business Engineer, or similar role.
Proven experience and knowledge in sales pipeline/prospect management tools, service activation tools, CRM, customer care tools, and field team management tools.
Strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).
Experience with business process modelling and improvement techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) is a plus.
Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., IIBA or BCS, CBAP, PMI-PBA) or Project Management (e.g., PMP) is an advantage.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and French.
