Lenz & Staehelin is one of Switzerland's largest law firms, which also provides fiduciary services through its Geneva-based trust company, L&S Trust Services SA. We are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant (80-100%).
Your main duties will include:
Drafting legal correspondence
Management of deadlines and schedules
Managing incoming and outgoing mail
Making appointments and managing telephones and emails
Organising travel
Filing documents and maintaining and archiving files
Managing the associate's day-to-day expenses and invoicing in conjunction with the accounts department.
Your profile:
You have a CFC in business administration or an MPC or equivalent qualification
You have proven professional experience in legal secretarial work
You have very good knowledge of the Office suite, particularly Word and Excel
You have excellent written and spoken English and a good knowledge of French (C1 level)
You will work in an organised and reliable manner, with an acute sense of discretion
You are able to manage the stress inherent in working for a trust company and you are flexible
You are a Swiss national or have a valid work permit.
