With an exciting vision and a dynamic growth trajectory, they are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to lead and drive their sales efforts and expand their customer base.Role Overview
As the Sales Manager, you will play a key role in the company's growth by developing and executing sales strategies, and overseeing the entire sales cycle—from lead generation to closing deals. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving the sales performance of their SaaS offerings.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to target new clients and expand relationships with existing customers.Conduct prospecting, qualify leads, and manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to final contract signing.Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers in target industries.Work closely with the marketing team to align sales campaigns, promotional material, and product demos to drive conversion.Track sales metrics, report progress, forecast revenue, and adjust strategies to meet targets.Understand and communicate the unique value of the company’s SaaS products to clients.Collaborate with product and customer success teams to ensure seamless onboarding and customer satisfaction.Stay updated on industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies accordingly.Represent the company's culture and values, acting as a brand ambassador in all client interactions.RequirementsMinimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, particularly in the SaaS or technology space.Proven success in driving new business and exceeding sales targets.Strong knowledge of the SaaS sales process, including lead generation, pitching, and closing deals.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Experience working in a start-up environment, with an entrepreneurial mindset and adaptability.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.Strong problem-solving skills and results-driven approach.Fluent in both French and German; English would be nice.Experience with Salesforce and sales automation platforms.If you're a driven sales leader with a passion for SaaS and start-up culture, and you’re ready to help take this innovative company to new heights, we’d love to hear from you!
