Our Business Technology team in Switzerland seeks a Senior Manager or Director to join one of our offices (Zurich, Lausanne, Geneva).

Lead Cybersecurity Transformation
The Invent Digital Trust & Security practice focuses on ensuring secure business outcomes for our clients, providing Cybersecurity advisory and transformation consulting in areas such as security strategy, risk management, human risk management, data and identity security, secure intelligent industry, Gen-AI risk, and security operations modernisation.
Our security specialists and innovators enable our clients to evaluate cyber risks, redesign Cybersecurity operating models, modernise digital identity capabilities, lead programs to drive security culture change, and transform security and compliance regimes to make them efficient, effective, sustainable, and resilient.
We seek to grow our diverse team at Senior Manager and Director grades with individuals who have demonstrated expertise and experience in the following domains:
* Cybersecurity Operating Model Transformation: Assessing, designing, and implementing effective and outcome-oriented security operating models.
* Operational Resilience: Shaping and transforming client operational resilience capabilities in compliance with leading regulatory standards.
As an experienced consultant in the business, you will help set the direction, grow our business, model our values and behaviours, and coach and develop junior members of the team.
Key Expectations:
* Engage in projects for our clients that transform their Cybersecurity, Architecture, and Operational Resilience capabilities, reducing business and technology risk.
* Provide expertise in the strategic, organisational, and human aspects of Cybersecurity, including security strategy definition and high-level operating model design.
* Conduct security maturity assessments to provide insight for threat modelling, risk management, and security overlay approaches.
* Develop new security strategies to manage emerging risks in Cloud & agile/DevSecOps operating environments.
* Communicate technical domains to clients, maximising value and leveraging quick wins on their transformation journey.
* Influence senior stakeholders through positive engagement with clients in business, IT, and/or security.
* Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to deliver security strategy, governance, security testing, identity & access management (IAM), security architecture, privacy, and cyber data analytics.
You will also contribute to business and personal growth through activities such as business development, internal contribution, learning & development, and campaign development.
Minimum Requirements:
* Academic Excellence: University degree in Economics, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
* Industry Knowledge: Experience in one or more Cybersecurity domains (e.g., Security & Risk Management, Asset Security, Security Engineering, Communications & Network Security, Identity & Access Management, Security Education and Awareness, Security Assessment & Testing, Security Operations, or Software Development Security).
* Consulting Experience: 7+ years in a management consulting environment, combined with a strong footprint in Consumer Products, Retail Distribution, Manufacturing, and Life Sciences industries.
* Conceptual Talent: Structured work capacity, high analytical skills, and lateral thinking to solve complex problems with enthusiasm and positivity.
* Communication and Presentation Skills: Fluent English (written and spoken). German (Zurich) or French skills (Lausanne/Geneva) are mandatory (C1 level). Excellent communication, presentation, and moderation skills to influence senior stakeholders.
* Digital Affinity: Very good MS Office skills.
