Position description and objectives:
RigiTech is looking for a Sales Manager to drive the worldwide sale and distribution of their Drone Delivery Solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of B2B sales, partner management, and business development, particularly within the drone and healthcare industries.
Responsibilities and duties:
In this role you will have the following responsibilities:
* Sales Strategy and Execution:
o Draft and execute comprehensive sales strategies
o Identify target markets and key customers, including drone operators and resellers
o Create tailored sales presentations and proposals to meet client needs
* Client Management:
o Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors and potential partners
o Negotiate contracts, pricing, and partnerships with key accounts and stakeholders
* Business Development:
o Proactively follow up on leads, send quotations, and close deals to achieve sales targets
o Continuously expand the customer base by identifying new business opportunities and partnerships
o Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote RigiTech’s solutions
* Market Research and Competitive Analysis:
o Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape
o Use insights to inform sales strategies and identify new opportunities for growth
* Collaboration with Marketing and Product Teams:
o Work closely with the marketing team to align campaigns and promotional efforts with sales goals
o Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer feedback and market requirements
* Performance Management:
o Track performance against key sales metrics, including revenue targets and customer acquisition
* Travel:
o This role requires frequent travel to meet with clients, attend industry events, and oversee sales efforts in key regions
Required qualifications:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
* Proven track record in B2B sales, with at least 2 years of experience, preferably in drone technology or healthcare markets
* Excellent command of written and spoken English
Required soft skills:
* Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
* Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple clients
* Proactive and driven to identify new sales opportunities
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
