Job Description
Partners Group seeks a dynamic and team-oriented Fund Liquidity Lead for our Fund Liquidity Management team. Reporting to the Head of Fund Liquidity Management, you will be responsible for liquidity-related topics on our fund platform.
The role involves working with internal and external stakeholders, requiring a high degree of analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Liquidity Management of a dedicated fund portfolio across its full lifecycle, including steering capital drawdowns and distributions.
* Conduct short-term cash management, including handling term deposits, treasury bills, foreign exchange operations, and investments in money market funds.
* Coordinate the funding of complex investment acquisitions, working closely with investment analysts, tax, and legal experts across various asset classes.
* Manage both internal and external credit facilities in alignment with individual fund strategies and covenants.
* Counterparty Risk Management, maintaining strict compliance with our corporate framework.
* Analyze and evaluate cash management data to contribute to the team's KPIs and overall performance.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
* A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in cash management or fund operations within an Asset Management firm (preferably in Private Markets).
* Strong knowledge of financial products, including term deposits, treasury bills, and money market funds.
* Proven ability to meet tight deadlines without sacrificing precision and quality of analysis.
* Entrepreneurial spirit, eagerness to learn quickly, self-motivated, and a practical, hands-on approach.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and international team environment.
* Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
* Advanced proficiency with financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Proven track record in project management and process improvement.
