Responsibilities:
Management of multiple simultaneous global and/or local IT infrastructure projects with competing priorities. Manage effectively and proactively dependencies between various projects.
Deliver IT projects on time, within budget and with high quality.
Lead and coordinate internal and external IT infrastructure / operations / security project team members.
Present at management teams and ensure effective stakeholder management.
Set up a robust project governance structure, define project scope and key objectives in collaboration with project sponsor, steering committee or Business Owner.
Identify all relevant project stakeholders, proactively manage relationships and ensure customer view is reflected in the execution of the project.
Prepare and execute effective communication and change management.
Create baseline project schedules and track the completion of project deliverables, tasks, activities and milestones.
Ensure timely and accurate reporting on project scope, schedule, cost and resources, as well as project risks, issues, action items, and dependencies and develop corrective actions.
Actively and effectively manage project spending, resources, risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies as well as propose appropriate mitigation actions.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience.
Profound experience in project management (>10 years) and in coaching and leading cross-functional teams in a global, multicultural environment in IT infrastructure.
Fluency in English and German (level C1 or higher).
Broad IT infrastructure know-how (>10 years working in IT infrastructure).
Sound technical understanding of IT networks, server technologies (hardware, virtualization, Windows server).
Proven strong analytical capabilities.
Can do attitude.
High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office, more specifically MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Project.
Experience within pharmaceutical / chemical / healthcare industry and knowledge of Computerized System Validation (CSV) and implications thereof on IT projects.
Desired Qualifications:
Knowledge of Azure and Active Directory.
Project management certification (PMI, PRINCE2 or equivalent).
Experience in designing, documenting and testing IT DRPs.
Experience in IT infrastructure operations.
