We are now looking for a talented Assistant Sales Manager to be part of our dynamic team, reporting to the Head of Sales. This role will be responsible for managing sales of Purina products and implementing annual customer plans and effective sales strategies that are aligned with overall business goals to achieve profitable sales objectives.
Achieve sales target and business objective for General Trade accounts in HK & Macau market
Manage and coach the Sales Representatives to reach sales target and business objective for their accounts
Develop and manage customers business plan with regular business review, category review, and promotion evaluation
Maximize category potential for both Nestle and the customer
Continuous improvement on distribution, penetration and visibility for targeted channels/customers by effective planning and negotiation
Manage effective promotion planning and control on trade spend
Ensure execution excellence at trade level, with evaluation and ongoing improvement on business and customer plans
Timely market intelligence update and analysis for continuous improvement on business and customer plans
What will make you successful
Minimum 4 years experiences in sales/distributor management, particularly in consumer products and with general trade experience is preferred
With working experience or knowledge in food nutrition will be an advantage
Demonstrated record of success in sales and distribution management
With good business acumen, capable in developing visionary strategic plan, and to drive the business growth in each customer and capitalize on all opportunities
Good written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
Pet lover and with passion in petcare industry
