Your responsibilities
1. Responsibility for ensuring data protection and confidentiality to maintain a high standard of data privacy for all data and processes.
2. Development and management of a regulatory-compliant data architecture and its alignment with existing systems. (Privacy by Design & Default)
3. A wide range of tasks – from data quality review and analysis to communication with customers, employees, and stakeholders – offers variety and challenges.
4. Collaboration with a dedicated Data Analytics team to develop meaningful data analyses and identify business opportunities and risks.
Your skills
5. Bachelor's or Masters degree in a relevant field such as Law or Business Administration.
6. Understanding of data protection laws and regulations, with knowledge of GDPR, nFADP, CCPA, and other relevant frameworks.
7. Experience in using tools and technologies in the field of Data Privacy & Data Architecture
8. Experience in Data Privacy and data confidentiality, as well as in applying the principles Privacy by Design & Default.
9. In-depth knowledge of data architecture and data management.
10. Experience in communicating with various stakeholders and technical teams.
11. Strong analytical skills & procedural understanding with the ability to assess privacy risks and develop pragmatic solutions together with the business.
12. Language German / English.
