We are looking for a Store Manager in our store located in Zurich HB.
Job Description – Duties:
The Store Manager takes care of the lead and optimal management of the store and the team, motivating them towards the achievement of a common commercial goal.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Guarantee knowledge of business objectives and the growth of performance indicators (KPI).
2. Ensure excellence in customer service and the growth of omnichannel sales in stores and customer acquisition.
3. Analyze and interpret Power BI sales reports, ensuring team alignment on store performance and areas for improvement.
4. Contribute to the implementation of commercial and product strategies established by the company, ensuring compliance with visual merchandising and store image standards.
5. Collaborate on benchmarking with competitors and analyze feedback and products, reporting to the area manager.
6. Work with HR to attract, select, and develop talent for the store, managing team profiles positively and productively.
7. Ensure effective team management, resolve conflicts, and implement store schedules according to guidelines.
8. Manage working hours (FTE) in compliance with legal rules and budget.
9. Control and ensure knowledge of the brand's internal procedures, cash control, stock management, and time management.
10. Secure and communicate all incidents that occur in-store using the correct channels.
11. Execute, control, and coordinate employee working hours based on activity trends and sales peaks.
