Quality Assurance Officer

* Overview: As a Quality Assurance Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. This includes managing non-conformances, coordinating client-related quality enquiries, and providing support to the QA Manager.
Main Responsibilities:
* Process Critical to Quality: Ensure the effectiveness of processes critical to quality, including Change Control, CCP's, validation schedules/trials, pest control, cleaning, Product Recall, production transfer.
* Manage Non Conformance: Ensure the effectiveness of processes managing non-conformances, including Customer Complaints and internal non-conformance.
* Client Related Quality Enquiries: Coordinate the review and response to client-related quality enquiries and agreements.
* Support QA Manager: Provide support to the QA Manager by performing analysis and interpretation/trending of reported data from multiple sources.
* Lead Investigations: Lead investigations into non-conformance and make batch release decisions associated with process deviations.
* Continuous Improvement: Analyze and interpret CI/performance indicators/improvement project data, define and propose improvements, and implement approved actions.

* Technical Skills: University degree preferred. Overall work experience of 3 to 4 years in a similar position. Technical skills and experience using computer-based Management Systems.
