Join our IT Service Desk team as an IT Technician! Ensure reliable and efficient IT support, resolve technical challenges, and manage IT equipment across sites. What impact do you have?
* You will resolve hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring a seamless user experience.
* Take ownership of incident resolution and service requests via Jira, adhering to defined SLAs.
* Collaborate with teams to manage IT equipment deployments and maintain an up-to-date inventory.
* You will actively contribute to maintaining and updating technical documentation and procedures.
* Troubleshoot and configure basic network components and printing solutions.
* Participate in project tasks and provide support for project management activities, helping deliver impactful IT solutions.
What do you offer?
* Completed apprenticeship (EFZ) as an IT Specialist.
* 3 to 5 years of experience in IT Support or Service Desk roles and end user support.
* Fluent in French, excellent knowledge in English, and beneficial knowledge of German.
* Solid knowledge of Windows 11, macOS, and cloud solutions (Office 365, Azure, Intune).
* Proficiency in ITSM tools like Jira.
* Basic skills in network troubleshooting and configuration.
* A valid Category B driving license.
* A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
