Job description
Programme Design and Curriculum:
1. Support continuous curriculum improvement, ensuring alignment with the overall programme content, goals, and industry standards
2. Develop a comprehensive plan to manage and balance student workload across the curriculum
3. Manage extracurricular content, such as fireside chats
4. Manage students' self-reflection tool by designing and preparing reflection questions to support student learning and self-assessment
Digital Learning:
5. Further develop the online, virtual content of the programme, ensuring high-quality educational materials and an outstanding learning experience
6. Consolidate the digital strategy for the programme and explore new technologies and tools
7. Coordinate with multimedia services and with faculty to oversee the production of materials
Continuous Improvement and Quality Assurance:
8. Coordinate the course evaluation process, including preparing, collecting, and analyzing feedback from students, as well as designing feedback sessions
9. Actively participate in or lead projects aimed at improving the innovativeness of the programme, as well as running benchmark analyses
Coordination and Administrative Tasks:
10. Work closely with marketing and programme management teams
11. Plan and support programme delivery for ETH-hosted in-person course weeks
12. Implement and maintain a documentation and version control system to ensure that all programme materials are up-to-date and archived appropriately
Profile
13. Master's degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field
14. Proven experience in higher education or in learning & development positions, ideally with experience in research and instructional design
15. High affinity for new technologies and online learning
16. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse audiences effectively
17. Excellent organizational and project management abilities, with keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
18. Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to get things done and a hands-on attitude
19. Fluency in English, both written and verbal; German would be an asset
