Role Description:
You will empower insurers to accelerate their adoption of cutting-edge strategies and technologies, positioning them for growth in the digital age.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as a catalyst for large-scale transformations, designing and implementing end-to-end solutions to help organizations achieve ambitious goals.
* Leverage expertise across the insurance value chain to craft transformation visions and bring them to life.
* Develop innovative business models, design new value propositions, optimize client organizations, enhance business processes, and maximize the value of technology platforms.
Project Leadership:
* Assess client challenges and develop frameworks to solve issues and meet objectives.
* Deliver executable advice on strategic, business model, or operating model dimensions.
* Ensure top-notch quality of deliverables.
* Lead client presentations and workshops.
* Develop project plans, manage project execution, and support implementation.
Team and Client Management:
* Manage client stakeholders.
* Build and organize a multidisciplinary delivery team.
* Leverage global Capgemini assets and capabilities.
* Coach, empower, and upskill consultants.
* Develop and leverage your external and internal network to spot and grow opportunities.
* Develop end-to-end commercial proposals.
* Manage client relationships during and after the engagement.
* Contribute to our service offering development.
Minimum Requirements:
* Academic Excellence: Outstanding bachelor's or Master's degree in a renowned University, Business School, or University of Applied Sciences in the field of (business) informatics, business administration, financial services, or economics.
* Industry Knowledge: Strong knowledge of the Swiss Insurance Industry on topics such as innovation, digital and data transformation, growth strategy, client segmentation, and value proposition.
* Business Development: Active client network in Switzerland, with a firm appetite for sales, and proven experience in identifying and developing opportunities, including commercial proposal construction.
* Leadership Experience: Experienced in management with proven leadership skills and high emotional intelligence.
* Consulting Experience: 5+ years (for Managers) to 7+ years (for Senior Managers) of experience in Consulting for financial institutions.
* Cultural Fit: High reliability and flexibility. Team spirit and personal fit for a leading global management consulting firm (international orientation, openness to travel, integrity).
