Marketing Coordinator Job Description
The Marketing Coordinator will support the marketing department's initiatives with the planning, executing, and tracking of marketing campaigns (both physical and digital) and events. This role requires a high level of efficiency, attention to detail, and project management skills.

Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns to drive business results.
2. Coordinate key opinion leader (KOL) management and medical education initiatives.
3. Support the processing of invoices and other budgetary items to ensure timely payment.
4. Collaborate with the Digital Marketing lead to execute digital marketing campaigns.
5. Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns to inform future strategies.
6. Develop and design engaging marketing materials, including social media posts, email campaigns, infographics, and presentations.
7. Coordinate and support marketing events, including logistics, vendor relationships, and post-event follow-up.
8. Routinely manage and update all marketing materials within our document control system.
9. Manage external requests related to advertising and digital asset usage.
10. Collaborate with the marketing team to raise the standard of assets and materials created to promote our business solutions.
11. Provide day-to-day support to the marketing organization team as needed.
12. Act as a champion for our business values, promoting collaboration, innovation, and knowledge sharing within the team.
13. Perform other duties or special projects as required to support the team's goals.
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2. 2-3 years of experience in marketing or a related field.
3. Fluent in English; German and French are an asset.
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
5. Prior experience working within a high-performing marketing organization and sales teams in a medical device company (B2B).
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software.
7. Excellent organizational and project management skills.
8. Experience working with professional engagement of high-level external stakeholders (HCP, KOL).
9. Proficient in document control systems.
10. Experience with graphic design software is a plus.
11. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
12. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
