Job description
The Project Control Manager will oversee cost control and project progress for greenfield construction projects.
Location: Lugano (on-site) for the first 2 months, then remote if necessary.
GENERAL DUTIES
* Developing and managing cost and performance monitoring systems.
* Analyze cost and schedule variances and propose solutions to meet targets.
* Collaborate with project teams to ensure integration between cost control, planning and deadlines.
* Prepare financial and technical reports for management and customers.
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Significant experience in managing and controlling complex industrial projects.
* Advanced skills in cost management and performance monitoring.
* Mastery of project control tools (Primavera, SAP, advanced Excel).
* Ability to work under pressure and manage several projects in parallel.
