Job Description
As a Revenue Management intern, your mission is to ensure Gavetti customers always get the right coffee supplies, minimize food waste, maintain accurate inventories, and work closely with the sales and operations team to prioritize customer satisfaction.
Your Tasks and Responsibilities
1. Stocking quantities and daily support - 70%
In this role, you will use consumption data to determine the precise quantities of milk and beans required for stocking coffee machines. This position emphasizes data analysis and efficient resource allocation within our stocking operations to ensure coffee machines are consistently supplied with milk and beans. You will also support the team in creating weekly forecasts for our food suppliers (supplier roadmaps) and help keep tools and information up to date.
Your main project involves improving the accuracy of fridge inventories to ensure the Revenue Management team can distribute the right amount of food to the right locations. This includes monitoring video footage, analyzing performance metrics, and optimizing processes.
About You
* You have strong MS Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
* You are detail-oriented with the ability to balance multiple tasks simultaneously.
* You are reliable and able to work independently with a certain degree of autonomy.
* You speak English fluently, with German and French being an asset.
* You do not smoke, as FELFEL is a non-smoking company.
* You hold a valid EU/EFTA or Swiss work permit.
